Please review the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment. 💅🏼IMPORTANT: FIRST-TIME CLIENTS💅🏼 • I do NOT perform soak-offs on work that is not mine. • Please arrive with BARE NAILS to ensure a proper foundation for your new set. • If you are a returning client and need a soak-off, please select the soak-off service upon booking to ensure adequate appointment time. You will be in my chair for 2 hours or more on average depending on the complexity of your design choice. Please plan your day accordingly and remember good things take time. ✨NAIL FIX ✨ Your nails have a 1 week insurance that comes with them. If anything happens to them during that week don't hesitate to reach out so I can make it right. If you are receiving a nail fix please bring a file provided at your previous appointment. 🎀 DEPOSIT POLICY 🎀 • A $50 deposit is required to book and will be pulled from the card on file • Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable unless I cancel or reschedule. • Deposit applies toward your final balance. 💐 COMMUNICATION 💐 DM inquiries to @mo.money.nails. Due to high message volume, I reply only to full inquiries. Most answers are found here or in my IG highlights. Squeeze-ins available for +$50. No guests, children, or animals — for liability reasons. 🩷 LATE, CANCEL & NO-SHOW POLICY 🩷 Your $50 deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. ** IF your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48-24 hrs -50% of the total service will be charged. * IF you reschedule, no showed, or canceled within 24 hrs 100% of the total service that you booked will be charged*** THERE IS NO LOOPHOLE IN THIS POLICY IF YOU TEXT ME THE DAY BEFORE THAT IS SHORT NOTICE and falls into the 24 hour category not the 48-24hr time window • 10-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is canceled and marked a no-show. There is a $15 late fee • To reschedule after a no-show, full payment for the missed service is required. • Cancellation fees: • 48–24 hrs notice → 50% charge • Within 24 hrs or no-show → 100% charge • No-call/no-shows are charged in full to the card on file. 💞 LOCATION 💞 ActivSpace – Pearl District, Portland Street parking available. Cancellation Policy
There is a $50 deposit required to secure your appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment your $50 deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. You will need to pay a new deposit to reschedule. If you miss your appointment due to tardiness 100% of your service must be paid.
